On Tuesdays from 5 PM to 6 PM, we’re holding Open Gym Hours to work on Skills and drills

There will be a focus for each hour, but it will also be a time for you to ask questions, get some feedback and work on skills that you’ve been having difficulty with.

Sept 15th – Snatches – Focus on the hang position and the weight on your feet

Sept 22nd – Double Unders

Sept 29th – Jerk – Focus on footwork
