How long have you been a CrossFitter? Just signed on for my third year!

Did you ever play sports? Yes – I love all sports! I played basketball through middle school

Got some cool (or uncool) hobbies you’d like to share? Yard work, I love to cook when I have time. I love to organize (and loved the show “Clean Sweep”)

What is your biggest achievement at CrossFit? Proving to myself that at over 50 you can still improve yourself and accomplish workouts you never imagined

What do you feel that you still need to work on? Always confidence (and overcoming fear)

Goals for the rest of this year? Get over weaknesses and fears

What’s your favorite WOD/lift/movement? Burpees, deadlifts, front and back squats, all presses

How about your favorite food/snacks? I love fish, sushi, filet mignon, chicken, snacks, ice cream, nachos and cheese

What is the craziest workout outside of CF you have ever done? Tae Bo with Billy Blanks (Kathryn’s note: Lisa did own a shake weight before she started at CF; it’s probably how her arms got so jacked)

What’s your least favorite WOD/lift/movement? Wallballs, Snatches, any wide-grip overhead lift!

What skill have you been working on in 2015 the most? Rope climbing, double unders, and I’m working on my core and upper body strength

What’s your favorite piece of workout “gear”? My mind

What you say is your biggest improvement since starting CF? I love how I feel (and look!). I love the family of friends I have made, I love the competitiveness but in an oh so loving way: everyone motivating each other and cheering you along.

PR’s to mention? Goals Reached? Nutrition highlights? I WILL get a push press of 100# (or more)! And I love my body and my muscles.
